This Privacy Policy explains how Morphix AI (developed by LIUPENG, hereinafter referred to as the "App") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: When you register or sign in, we collect the identifiers needed to create and verify your account. Depending on the sign-in method you choose, this may include your email address, mobile phone number, or the account identifier provided by a third-party sign-in service (Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Kakao). We do not receive your passwords for those third-party accounts.
• Conversations and content you provide: We collect the messages you send to Morphix AI and the content you choose to share with it, such as photos or images you upload, voice input you record, and documents you select for analysis. This content is processed to generate AI responses and to provide the features you request.
• Camera and photos (optional, with your permission): If you grant camera or photo library access, we process the photos you take or select for AI analysis, text recognition, and search, and we can save AI-generated images to your album. We do not scan your photo library in the background.
• Microphone and voice (optional, with your permission): If you grant microphone access, we process your voice recordings for speech-to-text input and AI conversation features.
• Location (optional, with your permission): If you grant location access, we use your approximate or precise location to provide location-based suggestions and local content. Location is never collected without your permission, and you can revoke it at any time in system settings.
• Calendar and reminders (optional, with your permission): If you grant calendar or reminders access, we read and create events and reminders on your behalf as part of AI-assisted scheduling features.
• Device information: We collect information about the device you use to access our service, including device type, operating system, browser type, and app version.
• Log and diagnostics data: Our servers automatically record information when you use our service, including your IP address, access times, and pages visited. We also collect crash reports and performance diagnostics to keep the app stable.
• Payment information: For paid subscriptions, payment is processed by the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and our subscription management provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; we receive subscription status and purchase records needed to provide your entitlements.

All device permissions listed above (camera, photos, microphone, location, calendar) are optional. They are requested only when you use a feature that needs them, the app remains usable if you decline, and you can revoke any permission at any time in your device system settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• To provide and maintain our service
• To generate AI responses: the messages, images, voice input, and documents you submit are sent to our AI model service providers to produce the response you requested
• To personalize your experience
• To improve and develop our service
• To communicate with you
• To ensure the security of our service
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your conversations or uploaded content to train AI models without your explicit consent, and we do not use your personal information for third-party advertising.

3. How We Protect Your Information

We take the security of your information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the service, limited to what each provider needs:
  • AI model providers — receive the conversation content needed to generate responses
  • Cloud hosting and database providers — store your account data and synced content
  • Crash and performance analytics — receive device information and crash diagnostics
  • Subscription and payment processors (Google Play, Apple App Store, and our subscription management provider) — process purchases and subscription status
• When required by law or legal process
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• With your consent

These providers are contractually limited to processing your information for the purposes described above and may not use it for their own advertising or marketing.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to access your personal information
• The right to correct inaccurate information
• The right to delete your information
• The right to object to or restrict processing
• The right to data portability

6. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. After account deletion, your personal information and usage data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

You can delete your account through:

• In-App Deletion: Go to "My" page → find the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the page → follow the prompts to complete the deletion process
• Online Request: Visit https://www.morphix.app/delete-account and follow the instructions to request account deletion
• Contact Us for Deletion: Send an email toroc.liu@hotmail.com stating that you need to delete your account, and we will process your request within 15 business days

⚠️ Important Notice: After account deletion, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please confirm and back up any information you need to keep before deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
